Transfer from Airport to City: Booking and Meeting instructions
If you are booking a private taxi from Madrid Barajas Airport to city, please do not miss your flight information (flight number and airline name). This information is very important to check your arrival terminal number at Madrid airport and to prevent issues in case of flight delays.
If you specify the same time than your expexted arrival time, our driver will check the arrival time of your flight and will show at airport terminal at the same time than your arrival. He will wait for you 1 hour starting from you arrival time to allow you the time for luggage claime and customs.
The driver will be waiting for you at arrival lounge showing a board with your name. If you can't find your driver, plese do not leave arrival area and contact immediately our assistance center to the phone number indicated in service voucher.
If you want a specific pickup time, fill the requested time in reservation form and our driver will show at airport terminal at required time (regardless the arrival time of your flight).

Transfer from Madrid to Barajas airport: Booking and Meeting instructions
If you are leaving from Madrid to airport, please indicate the complete pickup address including door number or the complete hotel name (if you are leaving from an hotel).
The taxi will show at the address specified or, in case of an hotel pickup, the driver will ask for you at hotel reception.
A good pickup time leaving from Madrid city centre is 2,5 hours before your flight departure. If you have any doubt, please fill a note in reservation form and we will double check the pickup time.
Please don't miss to indicate your flight number (airline name and flight number) to verify your reservation.
If your driver do not show at scheduled time, please contact immediately our assistance center to the phone number indicated in confirmation voucher.
